We have posted here a selection of case studies designed to give you a flavour of the kinds of projects we have worked on and our approach. If you'd like more detail, or would like to discuss our work further, feel free to Contact Us.
Our work with this utilities company involved a major shift in their recruitment and selection practices over a relatively short period of time. The benefits were immediate, far reaching and sustained. Since the roll out of this project, other significant recruitment and selection processes have been overhauled, in line with this leading edge work.
Following a two day development centre, our coach worked with this public sector leader over a period of nine months. Describing the process as 'invaluable', the leader found new confidence, raised her profile and presence and was offered promotion as a result.
As part of a major restructure of its field operations, we worked with this client to develop an assessment process to fairly and accurately determine the suitability of existing managers for newly developed roles. Over a period of six weeks we designed and implemented a process to assess over 140 managers. Our materials were described as 'excellent, easy to use and interpret'.
With 700 internal job moves every year and employee feedback expressing dissatisfaction with current processes, we worked with our client to re-engineer their processes, end-to-end. As part of this project we produced an easy-to-use toolkit to support fair, efficient and truly effective selection practices.
We were invited by this client to develop a career development framework for their field engineers. By looking at the big picture and recognising the power of accurately profiling field engineers we delivered a piece of work that brought significant business benefits; resource management became more efficient and effective, engineers had greater visibility of development opportunities and strategic planning become more meaningful.
Through focused coaching sessions, two team members in this medium sized family business were able to better understand their personal differences and the factors that were driving their conflict. As a result they were able to begin to work together more constructively, personal effectiveness improved and a looming staff dismissal was avoided.
