The Optimise Approach

How many people you know have responsibility for:

  • motivating and helping others develop?
  • managing and supporting peoples’ performance at work?
  • helping others to realise and achieve their potential?

How many of them have had the opportunity to develop the core skills they really need?

Optimise is a four module programme designed for Supervisors and Line Managers. It supports genuine skill development in the following essential areas:

The Optimise Approach combines a deep understanding of how people learn with a realistic assessment of how much time Supervisors and Line Managers have available.

Each module combines an appropriate blend of background reading, short written exercises and individual written feedback with a one-day face-to-face workshop allowing Managers to:

  • Learn basic concepts and tools at a time and place to suit them
  • Explore ideas and approaches in a safe environment
  • Receive focused feedback to help identify key development needs
  • Practice and develop core skills in a supportive and engaging environment

All modules are delivered in-house. They can be undertaken individually or as part of an integrated programme. Where it makes sense to do so, materials can be tailored to reflect the systems, tools and practices used in your organisation.

Additional support is available on an individual basis for anyone facing particular challenges in transferring and applying their new-found skills to the workplace.

We have a track record of success and all our facilitators are experienced in supporting others to optimise their own, and others', performance.
