- A shared ethos… a strong commitment to making a real and sustained difference to people and to organisations.
- A shared commitment to ‘being there’ for each other – and so modelling the kind of teamwork and understanding that often our organisational clients are trying to cultivate.

Philip’s early career was spent in banking and for six years he worked as Finance Manager for The Society of Homeopaths. With a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Administration he has managed the Irving & Irving office since 2007. He organises and co-ordinates all our financial and administrative activities. As Philip says, whether you like it or not, you’re likely to come into contact with him at some point!
