Lisa is a Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years consulting experience in the public and private sectors. With a broad skill base and considerable project management experience she contributes significantly to our team, leading a number of client projects.
Following a spell as a post-graduate Research Officer, Lisa studied for a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology. On graduating in 1993 Lisa joined Post Office Counters Ltd as an occupational psychologist where she conducted research studies on employee morale and consumer behaviour. After a couple of years Lisa joined the psychology department of the in-house training and development consultancy of the Post Office (now Royal Mail). For seven years Lisa was a key member of the team, leading and supporting projects covering a wide range of consultancy assignments.
During her time as a freelance consultant she has worked with organisations in a range of sectors including engineering, construction, utilities, government departments and HR consultancies.
In her work with Irving & Irving Associates, Lisa has taken lead roles in a variety of assessment design projects and validation studies.

Lisa has a first degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Cardiff. She is a Registered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society (BPS) and an associate member of the CIPD. Lisa is a BPS Qualified Specialist in Test Use and is an accredited user of the OPQ, 16PF, MBTI, WAVE, Implicitly and Risk Type Compass.
